One person has been killed in a Northeast El Paso shooting Thanksgiving afternoon.
Police responded to the 8400 block of Signal Peak in Northeast El Paso just after 4 p.m. Thursday.
According to police, the victim was a 58-year-old man, whose identity has not yet been released.
A 58-year-old woman and 24-year-old man were also taken to the hospital. No word yet on the extent of their injuries.
Police say no arrests have been made and there are no details on the shooter.
“Detectives from the Crimes Against Persons unit have arrived and taken over the investigation,” police spokesperson Robert Gomez said. “It’s hit the preliminary part of the investigation, so I don’t have a lot of information as to motive or why this occurred.”
