A man previously featured on El Paso’s Most Wanted list was caught by deputies on Wednesday.
Ignacio Sosa was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on April 17 at a home in the 300 block of 6th Street in Fabens, according to a news release from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
When deputies approached Sosa, he ran away. After several attempts to flee he was taken into custody.
Sosa was wanted out of the 205th District Court where he is facing a 40-year sentence. He is now facing evading arrest and resisting arrest charges.
