Men steal generator from food truck parked in East El Paso

Investigators need your help identifying the two men suspected of stealing a generator from a Craze food truck parked in East El Paso last month.

According to a news release, the theft happened the afternoon of Jan. 28 in the parking lot of the Las Palmas Marketplace located at 1327 George Dieter.

Police say the men stole the generator chained to the truck before taking off in a green, older-model SUV with New Mexico plates. Officials believe the generator is worth more than $800.

One of the men is described as Hispanic with a medium to large build and a moustache and beard. He was wearing a black baseball cap, a dark colored jacket, white shirt, blue jeans. 

Detectives desrcibe the other suspect only as a man wearing a black hat, black jacket and dark colored jeans.
