A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing an all-terrain vehicle.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ronnie Rojas on Wednesday on charges of theft of property of more than $2,500 and less than $30,000.

The ATV was stolen on Jan. 23 in Horizon City, the sheriff’s office said. During the investigation, deputies found that Rojas used a pick-up truck during the theft.

A search warrant was executed at his house on May 8 and the ATV was found. Deputies booked Rojas into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $5,000 bond.

Rojas was also arrested in March on suspicion of stealing a van.
