A man accused of murdering a 6-year-old boy in Juarez is now in custody.
According to the Chihuahua State Attorney General’s Office, the body of David Rafael Santillan Vargas — known as “Rafita” — was found in a black bag on the street on Monday.
Rosalio Soledad, 23, is the suspect in the murder. He reportedly has a history of sexual abuse.
Investigators say the boy’s body was kept in the home for days before being dumped.
An autopsy shows that he died of head trauma.
