The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding those responsible for stealing a package from the doorstep of a Canutillo home last week.

According to a news release, video surveillance shows a white car stopping at the home several minutes after UPS delivered the package.

Officials say a young child, who investigators say is about five years old, got out of the car and took the package.

The vehicle then drove away from the scene.

Officials describe the car as a newer-model passenger vehicle with aftermarket rims.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at the Sheriff’s Office North West Patrol Station at 915-886-2724 or Sheriff’ s Office Communications at 915-832-4408.
