EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 76-year-old man was arrested and charged with theft on Thursday, Sept. 14, according to the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three.
The Constable Office says deputies received information of an active warrant for theft over $2,500 and under $30,000 with a bond of $100,000 on Jose Luis Perez, 76.
Deputies located Perez at the 10100 block of Sumatra and took him into custody.
Perez was then booked into the El Paso County Jail with no further incident.
