DONA ANA COUNTY, NM -- The Dona Ana County Sheriff's Office is investigating an overnight shooting.  

Investigators say a woman was jogging with a friend in Chaparral when she felt a sharp pain in her calf.
Deputies say the woman had been shot with a small caliber gun.

The woman or her friend didn't hear the gunshot because both had earphones and were listening to music.
Deputies do not have any suspects in this case.
