This Week's Weather (11/2)

Rather quiet weather pattern in the Borderland as the jetstream is shoved up well to the north of the Southwestern United States. This will leave us with zonal flow aloft and high pressure at the surface into the weekend. Temperatures will be running above the 30 year normal of 70/71 degrees into the weekend with no real rain chances. There are indications of a storm system that may swing through the area early next week. Until then, enjoy this great weather!
Also of note, check out the Fall Foliage in the Borderland. Many areas of Guadalupe Mountains National Park are peaking now, meaning this is the best time to see some of the brilliant colors mother nature has to offer. For more information log on: http://www.nps.gov/gumo/index.htm
