The Latest On Bill
The strongest storm of the Atlantic hurricane season thus far continues to churn across parts of the West Central Atlantic Ocean. As of this blog Hurricane Bill was a steady category three hurricane. For more information, click on the weather tab and then click on Hurricane Tracker on our page. The above image is provided by NOAA. The storm has been fluctuating between category three and four strength and should become stronger again over the next day or so. Hurricane Watches have been posted for Bermuda. The East Coast U.S. will be dealing with the storm as well, in the form of higher and stronger waves along with dangerous rip currents. At this point it looks like the storm will generally stay away from the United States. Great news for our friends on the East Coast.
