Isolated Borderland rain before the spring "windy season" kicks in!

Above average temperatures will continue this week!The skies will be mostly to partly cloudy overnight with a 10% chance of some stray light rain, steady to low end breezy category winds and a mild low of 60º in El Paso.

The skies will go from mostly to partly cloudy Tuesday in El Paso with a 20% chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorms and a high of 81º.

The spring windy season kicks in as a strong upper wave blows in Wednesday into Thursday producing 40mph peak wind gusts.

Good Friday will be low end windy as a weak cool front back in. Easter Sunday afternoon will see strong winds again that will blow into Monday.
