El Paso, TX (KTSM) — We are seeing plenty of opportunities for rain chances.
This may not necessarily be a good thing for some people in the Sun City or In the Mesilla Valley.
Flooding is a mjor concern for us here in the borderland. As a matter in fact, there was a flood advisory issued for Sunland Park and West El Paso.
There was a large storm cell moving across the area with potential of heavy rain estimated around an inch of rain falling in less than an hour.
This adviosry expired at 8:00p.m. Sunday.
Please be careful in these situations.
This is going to be the story line for most of the week next week. Rain chances will slightly decrease on Monday and Tuesday, but an upper wave will allow the probability of these rain cells to increase.
If you want to know when to wash your car this week, I would say you're better off just letting mother nature do it for you, but at this point Saturday and Sunay may be your best bet.
