Another pleasant Christmas holiday on the way for the Borderland regions. We're looking at seasonal temperatures with generous sunshine both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Expect travel troubles if you are heading east however on Christmas Eve. Rainy weather for much of Texas including the Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio areas, snow for a good chunk of the Midwest on Friday, and unsettled weather for the Pacific Northwest. Most of the East Coast will be dry.

Christmas will be quiet for much of the west including the Borderland regions. The exception will be the Pacific Northwest with an incoming storm system. Snowy weather moves into the Appalachians and parts of Georgia. Rainy for the deep South, but dry for most everyone in Texas and all of New Mexico. Merry Christmas!
