High temperatures will remain on the seasonally cool side with a high of 56º in El Paso and 54º in Las Cruces. A ridge of high pressure and westerly winds will slowly warm afternoon temperatures to near 60•º in El Paso.Sunday and 65º on Monday.

A cold front will usher in a show of colder air Tuesday to cool us back down to the normal upper 50's Tuesday. Plan on a high warmer high of 60º Christmas Eve and 66º on Christmas Day

A upper wave followed by a cold front will bring isolated area light Rain late Christmas Day night, Thursday into Friday. Colder air will mix in to drop temperatures into the upper 50's under mostly sunny skies for Sun Bowl Saturday.
