You know, of course, I agree that parents should choose is sexual school education ok or not ok for their children.
But, I do not know situation in Texas, but in London there are tones of children (15-16 years old) who are already mothers.
And for them it's too late to explain anything :(, so I personally believe that school sexual education is great idea for 12-16 children.
