    It is the parent's right to be informed. This is the point - not the sex ed debate. There are policies in force for everyone to follow, not a select few.

    You should give parents more credit. Narrow minded? Education involves parents at all levels.

    parents still have the legal right to determine/choose which is the most appropriate sex ed route for their child. A school principal does not have the right to ignore district and state policy. teachers cannot show educational PG13 videos in class and yet this principal feels it's ok to allow a graphic penis be shown with a blister on it?She should be reprimanded and not have the district cover up the mess. Additionally, 2 hours notice for a parent meeting is also unacceptable. Most parents work and will be unable to attend. Geez,This was probably done in hopes no one would be able to attend. Not Right!
