NOTE: The State of California ran out of money to pay its State Employees. How are they ( employees) going to pay for Insurance when even the state can't PAY THEM.
The National and Local Economy is Very Bad. People are just trying to put Food on the Table. This is the wrong time to add another law on top of another law.
I have uninsured motorist insurance for this same reason. At this time, I can afford to do this in order to protect my cars from people that would like to have insurance but are out of work. The State of Texas just announced that it was out of money for Unemployment benefits. Now the Government (both City & State) want to help themselves by coming up with FINES ON TOP OF FINES.
THIS IS CRAZY and it is no RIGHT.
I feel that the people that went to Chico's Tacos are the ones that need BETTER TRAINING.
The Training should focus on how to behave in a Public Place.
It is Not the Police Officers that were Acting Up.
If you buy a car or a gun you become the owner. You can keep it or sell it. This happens thousands of times a day. You don't know what the person will do that buys your car or in this case your gun.
When buyers missed use your item that you sold how can you be held accountable for the BUYERS ACTIONS?
If this is the case everybody in this country would not be able to SELL anything.
It is legal to buy as many guns as you want to as long as you pass the background check.
I THOUGHT THAT THE JURY WAS THE ONES THAT DECIDED THESE CASES. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY WOULD HAVE DECIDED. THEY WERE NOT GIVEN A CHANCE. THANKS TO THE D.A. OFFICE.
When you go to a restaurant you go to eat. Nothing more and nothing less. These persons were seeking ATTENTION.
They new what type of reaction people were going to give them. Now they are screaming bloody murder. They forgot their manners at home. So sad.
The security officers did the right thing. When I go to eat with my children we should just be able to seat down and eat our food in peace.
The restaurant is not a place to make out. If people want to do this they should go some other place.
I can understand this conduct taking place at a bar. But not at a place where I am going to eat my chico's tacos.
These persons were aware that their conduct would bring attention to themselves and it did.
The Police Officers have better things to do than to try to figure out why to persons are kissing in public whether they are straight or gay.
Why would a officer take a chance to Taser a 72 year old lady for a minor traffic ticket.
A 31 year old man was just killed by a Taser that an officer used on him in another state. This story is listed on your Web Site.
Why are these officers not trained in hand to hand combat. Hundreds of citizens have gotten the electric chair ( TAZER )in the streets of our country by these so called peace officers.
Please use your hand to hand combat skills instead of using these lethal devices.
Where is the Out Cry from our Federal Law Enforcement Officers. No mention was made on the U. S. Marshals Web Site. Now our Federal Officers are been killed in Juarez.
This is not OK. Something has to be done.

As an example when you have an accident, the insurance adjustor first deducts $500 for your deductable. The they depreciate your car.You wane up paying over half of the cost to repair your car yourself. What a racket by the insurance companies. This is the REAL CRIME.
