The New Mexico State baseball team plays four games this week. It starts with a midweek road game at Texas Tech to finish up its six-game, seven-day road trip. First pitch is set for 5:05 p.m. in Lubbock, Texas and can be heard on the radio or online. The Aggies return home to take on UT Arlington in a three-game WAC series. The series opener is set for Friday, April 26 at 6:05 p.m. and game two is on Saturday, April 27 at the same time. The series finale is scheduled for a 1:05 p.m. start on Sunday, April 28. Friday's game will air on TV as a part of the AggieVision Productions with Saturday and Sunday's games on the radio at KSNM AM 570.

The NM State football team practices Tuesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 25 followed by its third scrimmage of the spring on Saturday, April 27. The annual spring game is May 4 at 6 p.m. A free kid’s clinic is also taking place that same day at 10 a.m.

Men’s Golf
The NM State men’s golf team looks to get back on top by adding a sixth WAC Championship as it heads to Henderson, Nev., for the 2013 WAC Golf Championships from Monday, April 29 through Wednesday, May 1. The par 72, 7,332-yard course at the Rio Secco Golf Club hosts the tournament. Senior Justin Shin, freshman Kenneth Fadke, sophomore Brett Walker, junior Willy Hogan and senior Derek Baade are representing the Aggies at this year’s championship. The Aggies have won five WAC Golf Championships in seven years. Last year, NM State shot a three-round score of 18-over par, 882, finishing second. The Aggies carded a final round score of 11-over par, 299.

Women's Golf
The New Mexico State women’s golf team concludes its 2012-13 season in Mesa, Ariz., at the 2013 WAC Women’s Golf Championship Monday, April 22 through Wednesday, April 24. The conference tournament is played at the par 72, 6,163-yard Longbow Golf Club. Three 18-hole rounds will be played, one on each day, with each round beginning at 8:30 a.m. Competing for the young Aggies at the WAC Championship are freshmen Kacey Dalpes and Viviana Macias, sophomores Laura Barron and Paige Darwin and junior Amelie Buhl.

Men’s Tennis
The New Mexico State men’s tennis team heads to the 2013 WAC Championship in Denver, Colo., Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28. NM State goes into the championship as the No. 4 seed and faced No. 5 Utah State, Friday at 10 a.m.

Women’s Tennis
The New Mexico State women’s tennis team heads to the 2013 WAC Championship in Denver, Colo., Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28 as the No. 8 seed. NM State meets No. 1 seeded Denver, Thursday at 10 a.m.

The Aggie softball team wraps up the home portion of the 2013 schedule by welcoming Seattle on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, as part of senior weekend. The teams meet on Friday at 6 p.m., and then finish the weekend with a doubleheader on Saturday at 4 p.m. After the conclusion of the series finale on Saturday evening, the Aggies are recognizing and honoring 2013 seniors Amber Olive, Teresa Conrad, Alex Newman and Tehani Kaaihue.

Track and Field
The Aggie track and field team travels to Lubbock, Texas, for the Red Raider Invitational on Thursday, April 25. NM State also competes at the Texas State Invitational, Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27.
