The 2012 WAC Champion Aggie baseball team opens the 2013 campaign with the annual alumni game, Saturday, Feb. 9 at 2 p.m. The event is free to all and Aggie fans are encouraged to come out to the ball park to catch up with former Aggies such as Leo Aguirre, Mark Aranda, Frankie Duran, Tanner Waite (2012 NCAA walks leader), Richard Stout and others.

Men's Basketball
The New Mexico State men's basketball team has a pair of home games with Idaho, Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m., and Seattle, Saturday, Feb. 9 in the Lou Henson Classic in Las Cruces. Both games are AggieVision productions with Jeff Matthews and Glen Cerny. The games can be heard on the Aggie Sports Network and KGRT 104 FM in Las Cruces with the 'Voice of the Aggies' Jack Nixon, and the pregame show starts 30 minutes prior to tip. The games are also available in Spanish with Edgar Gardell on Vista 98.7 FM.

Women's Basketball
The New Mexico State women's basketball team hits the road for two games over the weekend as it continues WAC play. Making the trip to Moscow, Idaho, Thursday, Feb. 7, the Aggies face the Vandals at 7 p.m. NM State then makes the trip north to Seattle, Wash., to meet Seattle U, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m.

Junior Hunter Seat rider Emily McConnell represents the New Mexico State equestrian team, Friday, Feb. 8, in the fourth-annual Collegiate Equitation Challenge as part of the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Fla., at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. McConnell is 4-3 on the season in Equitation over Fences with one MVP honor.

The New Mexico State softball team kicks off its 2013 campaign by hosting the Hotel Encanto Classic Friday Feb. 8 through Sunday, Feb. 10, at the NM State Softball Complex. The season opener, Friday, versus Nebraska is set for 3 p.m. and the Aggies meet Illinois-Chicago at 5:30 p.m. The team meets the Flames for a single game, Saturday at 3 p.m., and closes out the weekend with the beginning of the I-10 rivalry series against New Mexico. The first pitch on Sunday against the Lobos is set for 2 p.m.

Men's Tennis
After going 1-2 on the road in Las Vegas, Nev., the Aggie men's tennis team closes out its road stretch with two matches in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday, Feb. 8 and Saturday, Feb. 9. The Aggies face UT-Pan American, Saturday at 10 a.m., the team opens WAC play versus UTSA, Sunday at 10 a.m.

Women's Tennis
The New Mexico State women's tennis team opens the 2013 spring season with three duals on the road in Las Vegas, Nev. Opening the weekend against host UNLV on Friday, Feb. 8, the team meets Weber State the following day and wraps the weekend against Pacific on Sunday, Feb. 10. Each match is slated for an 11 a.m. start.

Track and Field
The track and field team splits up and competes in two different events, Friday, Feb. 8 and Saturday, Feb. 9. The Aggies are traveling to Albuquerque, N.M., for the Don Kirby Collegiate Invitational, and to Seattle, Wash., for the Husky Classic.
