The NM State football (1-10) team travels to San Marcos, Texas, to face newest WAC member Texas State (3-8) at Bobcat Stadium, Saturday, Dec. 1. The game is scheduled for 2 p.m. You can listen to all the action with the 'Voice of the Aggies' Jack Nixon and color analyst Jason Scott beginning at 1 p.m. on KGRT 104 FM. Also catch the action in Spanish with Edgar Gardell and Bob Sherman on Vista 98.7 FM.  There is no television coverage.

NMSU Head Coach DeWayne Walker called this the Aggies 'bowl game' and hopes to send his senior out in style.

"Since I have been here, we have never won our last game, and I think it will be cool despite the season, I think it would be good for our seniors to go out and everybody is flying home feeling good about themselves."  Senior Receiver Kemonte Bateman added, "Everybody has to be all in, there were a few downers at last saturday's game but that has to stop. It has to stop, someone has to step up and be a leader, take control of that."
