UTEP women's golf opens C-USA Championships in 10th
El Paso, TX — The UTEP women's golf team is in 10th place through 18 holes of the Conference USA Championship on Monday in Gulf Shores, Ala.
Tulane leads the field (281), followed by UTSA (286), Middle Tennessee (294), FIU (295), East Carolina (296), Old Dominion (297), North Texas (306), Southern Miss (308), UAB (310), UTEP (312), Tulsa (314), Florida Atlantic (316) and Marshall (317).
The tournament continues through Wednesday with one round each day.
UTEP's Camino Sardinero is tied for 10th place with a one-over-par 73. Emma Edin is tied for 36th place (78), Amber Herrera is tied for 49th place (80), Emma Burman is tied for 52nd place (81) and Alisa Rodriguez is tied for 61st place (83).
