Miners set to host soccer camps
El Paso, TX — Registration is underway for the popular Miner Soccer Academy summer camps which will be held in summer 2014. All camps are open to any and all entrants.
Every camper who registers will receive a soccer ball and dri-fit t-shirt while also having the chance to improve their skills under direction from some of the best coaches in the region. Campers who sign up for the first soccer camp at full price will receive a $20 discount for subsequent camps.
The soccer and splash camp (June 16-19 and July 21-24) is the perfect summer camp for active kids of all skill levels ages 5-12. Campers will develop a strong technical base. Topics taught will be ball control, dribbling, heading, passing, shooting, juggling and defender. Campers will then get to splash around in the sprinklers to cool off from all of their hard work.
There will also be the advanced camp (June 16-19 and July 21-24), which is open for boys and girls ages 7-18. It is the perfect camp to develop into the soccer player you've always dreamed of becoming. It is open for players of all skill levels but skills worked on will be more advanced and campers will be coached by top local club and high school coaches, in addition to UTEP staff. The camp will focus on advanced tactical topics.
