The UTEP basketball team is back in town and the Miners arrived in sole possession of the Conference USA Championship.   For the first time in 23 years UTEP is undisputed league champion. The Miners secured the title last night by beating Marshall 80 to 76.  Randy Culpepper scored 32 points including a pair of criticle free throws in the final seconds. UTEP is now 23 and 5, 14 and 1 in conference play and closes the regular season hosting UAAB on Saturday Night.  More than 100 Miner fans gathered at the airport to applaud the team's arrival.
