UTEP Junior wide receiver Lavorick Williams has been suspended from the University following an on campus arrest Friday, January 27. Williams was charged with assult after an incident involving a 19 year old female at a dormitory on campus, according to University police. UTEP Officials told News Channel 9 they have no comment while the criminal investigation is underway. Williams appeared in 12 of 13 regular season games as a sophomore and is a native of Odessa, Texas. He transfered to UTEP after spending one season at New Mexico State.
