El Paso's David Rodriguez will fight at the Haskins Center on February 11th, but we also have another title fight. Las Crucen Austin 'Mo Doubt' Trout will meet Rigoberto Alvarez for the WBA World Junior Middleweight title, that fight to take place in Mexico in either Quintana Roo or Guanajuato on January 29th.  Trout is 21-0 with 13 knockouts, Alvarez is 26-2 with 19 knockouts.  According to trainer Louie Burke, Alvarez is considered the next "Julio Cesar Chavez".

On January 22nd, El Paso's Abie Han will meet Fernando Casteneda in Las Vegas in a Junior Middleweight bout. Han is 11-0 with nine knockouts, and the fight will take place at Texas Station in Las Vegas, promoted by Top Rank Promotions.

Hector "Machito" Camacho Jr.(52-4-28 Ko’s) will enter the ring February 11th at Don Haskins Center on the under-card of El Paso’s "El Nino" Returns headed by local Undefeated Heavyweight David Rodriguez. When Camacho Jr. last fought in El Paso, he defeated former Legendary World Champion Yori Boy Campas. He now looks to face Mexican brawler Juan Astorga (14-5-9 Ko’s). Camacho Jr. commented: “I cannot wait to fight in El Paso again and I promise to bring a show you will not forget. I heard Astorga is promising a knock-out victory, but he better be careful what he wishes for. El Paso is a great and exciting place for Boxing and the fans are second to none.” Brought to you by Zeferino Entertainment in association with Nino Bravo Productions.
