Wednesday, April 7: The El Paso High School Boys Soccer team is ready and willing to take on Houston's Kingwood Park (26-0-1) in the 4A State Semfinal, 3pm MDT in Georgetown, Texas. The Tigers (23-4-1) feature 12 seniors on a team that has never advanced this far in the State Playoffs. Head Coach Grey Godfrey said, "It's just excitement, you know, we're in a situation we have not been in before, and it seems like, from what I am hearing, that we have the city behind us, and we just hope to make everybody proud." Senior Forward Angel Orozco added, "Since last year we have been working for this, and now that we're there, we just have one goal... To win state."
