Kobe Bryant scored 42 points for the Lakers in Game 5 of LA's series with Oklahoma City, but Lakers could not stop OKC's fast break, Thunder eliminating the Lakers from the playoffs with a 106-90 victory.  The Thunder will now face top seed San Antonio Sunday, 6:30pm MT in the Western Conference Finals.

Boston's Brandon Bass scored 18 of his 27 points in the third quarter, as the Celtics erased a three point halftime deficit for a 101-85 Boston victory in Game 5 of their season. Boston leads Philadelphia, 3-2. Game 6 Wednesday in Philadelphia. Five Celtics scored in double figures in the win.
