The T-Bones beat El Paso 7-2 behind a complete game from RHP Lucas Irvine. Irvine (5-4) allowed one earned run on five hits, struck out nine and walked two. The Diablos’ only two runs came on a fielder’s choice and a passed ball in the third inning.

Kansas City gave Irvine a lead early with a four-run first inning. The first six T-Bones’ batters reached base on five singles and an error. C Petey Paramore drove in two runs in the first with a two-RBI single. He would drive in two more runs with a single in the fourth inning and finished 3-for-3 with a walk and four RBI. CF Kennard Jones also had a stellar game, batting 3-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored.
