The Pittsburgh Steelers managed a 16-13 overtime victory against Kansas City on Monday but the win might prove to be very costly.  Ben Roethlisberger left the game in the third quarter with an injured right shoulder that could be seperated. 

Pittsburgh won without Roethlisberger but it wasn't easy.  Shaun Suisham kicked a 31 yard field goal after Kansas City turned the ball over for the league leading 30th time this season.
