Former Burges High School and Fordham Quarterback John Skelton had quite a coming-out party tonight in Arizona against the Dallas Cowboys. Skelton, a rookie quarterback picked in the 5th round of this year's draft, led the Cardinals on a game winning drive, culminating in Jay Feely's 48-yard field goal in the 27-26 victory.

Skelton finished 11-25 for 183 yards and 1 touchdown, his first as a pro. Skelton found a wide open Andre Roberts for a 74-yard touchdown in the 2nd quarter. Roberts finished with 5 receptions for 110 yards. Skelton also had three rushes for 21 yards.

Arizona improves to 5-10, while Dallas falls to 5-10.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Jon Kitna left Saturday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals with a hip injury.

Kitna was hurt when two Cardinals defenders crashed into him after a second-quarter incomplete pass. He left for one play and was replaced by second-year player Stephen McGee, who took his first snap in a regular-season game.

After a running play with McGee at quarterback, Kitna returned and finished off a drive with a 2-yard touchdown pass to Jason Witten. After the touchdown, Kitna jogged to the locker room for further evaluation.

Kitna returned to the sideline, but McGee played quarterback for the Cowboys' final possession of the first half.  Kitna finished 12-20 for one touchdown and two interceptions, both returned for touchdowns, while McGee finished 11-17 for 111 yards and one touchdown.
