Several Student Athletes Sign to College

Several High School Student Athletes signed to play college sports this fall. Here is a short list:
Irvin High School's Brianna Dominguez signed to play basketball at Division II UT Permian Basin. Dominguez averaged 14.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for the 24-7 Irvin Rockets.
Chapin High School's DeAndre Turner-Fults signed to play running back at Baker University in Kansas, while teammate Colten Hernandez signed to play football at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. Turner-Fults had 194 carries last season for 1628 yards and 11 touchdowns. Turner-Fults also had 5 receptions for 38 yards and two touchdowns. Hernandez was a defensive back, averaging 5.2 tackles per game.
Arielle Bond, a senior and varsity volleyball player at Franklin High School, signed to play at Angelo State University.
Bond is an All-District 1st team pick and was also chosen for the a Texas Coaches and Girls Association West Texas All-Star Team, an award only given to the top 24 girls in the State (12 of which are in West Texas).
