Sunday, February 7: The New Orleans Saints win Super Bowl XLIV, 31-17, over the Indianapolis Colts. Saints Quarterback Drew Brees was 32-39 for 288 yards and two touchdowns, Marques Colston was his favorite target with 7 receptions for 83 yards. Colts Quarterback Peyton Manning was 31-45, for 333 yards and one touchdown, but one interception, and it was costly. Tracy Porter stepped in front of Reggie Wayne and returned Manning's pass 74 yards for a score, which made it 31-17 in favor of the Saints. It's the Saints first Super Bowl Championship in their first Super Bowl appearance.
