The El Paso Rhinos will be celebrating Home Opening Weekend this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 28-30 as they host the Dallas Snipers at the Sierra Providence Events Center. This weekend will also be Boy Scout Weekend, and part of the proceeds of this weekend’s games will benefit the Yucca Council. Also in attendance will be the player’s parents for Parent Weekend. All military and their families get free tickets when they show their ID, courtesy of Interglobal Logistics.

“It is nice to be back playing at home; the team is very excited and well prepared. We have a fast, physical team this season. We are excited for Boy Scout Weekend and Parent weekend. Last season our organization was voted best fans, this is five years in a row, this season we are hoping to make it six,” said Coach Herman, also General Manager for the El Paso Rhinos.

Events for this weekend include a magnet schedule giveaway this Friday and a special Boy Scout jersey auction Saturday night.

Tickets are still available at all Ticketmaster locations and at the El Paso County Coliseum box office and Sierra Providence Events Center box office. The Events center box office opens at 6 p.m. on game nights.
