Rangers, Falcons, and Knights sign scholarships

Congratulations to a number of prep athletes who made a decision for their collegiate futures signing a National Letter of Intent Thursday.

Riverside - Dominique Lopez was first team All-District in softball the past two seasons, and signed to play softball at Sul Ross State. Chris Gonzalez signed to play baseball at the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico and Rangers teammate Gavin Muñoz also signed with the Mustangs for baseball. Muñoz was District offensive player of the year as a Junior.

Eastlake - David Cisneros and Victor Noyola, are the first boys soccer players in program history to sign to college. They are headed to the University of Maine-Machias.

Hanks - Tory Castellano signed to play basketball at Howard Junior College. She was the co-MVP of District 2-4A for the Knights.
