Cougars to lean on defense in 2014

The Franklin High School football team limped to a 6-5 record in 2013, mainly because the defense could not keep up with opposing teams offenses.  The Cougars averaged nearly 45 points a game in 2013, but gave up an average of nearly 38 PP
