NMSU Volleyball to Appear on TV in 2012

NMSU Volleyball to Appear on TV in 2012
Sports
Tuesday, July 31, 2012 - 4:34pm

Aggie fans will have plenty of opportunities to follow the New Mexico State volleyball team during the 2012 season with 15 matches scheduled to air on the radio and six matches on TV.

The Aggie Sports Network is ready to air 15 matches on KSNM AM 570 in Las Cruces with Kyle Doperalski back as the play-by-play announcer. Doperalski is also the play-by-play man when the six matches are produced for television by the AggieVision productions.

Doperalski was one of seven people named "New Mexico Sports Executive of the Year," May 22, 2012 and is the youngest of the seven award winners. He is currently the executive producer for News New Mexico, which reaches 15 stations throughout the state.

"Kyle (Doperalski) is one of the best in the business," head coach Mike Jordan said. "We have more coverage than most schools in the country, and we are grateful for what our administration has provided in this aspect."

The AggieVision Production team will air six matches this season. All six of those matches are Western Athletic Conference match-ups and include Louisiana Tech (9/20), UTSA (10/11), Texas State (10/13), San Jose State (11/1), Utah State (11/3) and Idaho (11/15). Those matches can also be seen on the Internet courtesy of ESPN3.com.

Live stats will be available for every match by clicking on the "Live Events" link at the official website of NM State Athletics (www.NMStateSports.com).
