Thursday, August 12:  The New Mexico State Football team has opened up preseason training camp, and today the Aggies held media day.  It seemed every Aggie is excited for the upcoming season, especially following last year's 2-win campaign.  The biggest question mark for the NMSU football team will be offense, and putting points on the board.  Head Coach DeWayne Walker is excited for the start of training camp, and he especially likes this team this season.  "I love this team, we spend a lot of time with team chemistry, and talking about the idiosyncrasy's that you have to have to build a team, and our guys are buying into it. We'll continue to do that throughout camp, and hopefully you guys will see it on the field."
