New Mexico State

The New Mexico State baseball team plays a mid-week road game against Arizona State, who is ranked No. 26 nationally in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Poll, in Packard Stadium, Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. (MT). NM State returns home jumping back into Western Athletic Conference action as it takes on Utah Valley, Friday through Sunday, May 2-4. Friday and Saturday’s games start at 6:05 p.m. (MT) and Sunday’s series finale is set for a 1:05 p.m. first pitch. All games this week are scheduled to air over the radio waves on KSNM AM 570 with Jeff Matthews giving the play-by-play action. Softball
The NM State Softball team will face New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M., Tuesday April 29, at 5 p.m., in the team’s regular season finale before heading to the 2014 WAC Tournament, May 8-11 in Seattle, Wash. NM State is 28-21 on the season. The game can be heard live on KSNM 570 AM beginning at 5 p.m. with Jay Sanderson bringing you the call from the booth.

Track & Field
The Aggies will travel to Albuquerque, N.M. this week for the Don Kirby. This will be the Aggies last meet before the 2014 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, May 14-16 in Orem, Utah.

Men’s Golf
The NM State men’s golf team looks to add to its WAC Championship trophies as they head to Las Vegas, Nev., for the 2014 Western Athletic Conference Golf Championships from May 2-4, at the par 72, 7,066-yard Stallion Mountain Golf Club.
