The New Mexico State equestrian team wraps up its regular season this coming weekend against West Texas A&M on March 22 in Las Cruces at the NM State Equestrian Complex.

The Aggies are 3-1 on the season at home. Saturday’s competition will also be senior day for six seniors on the Aggie roster.

“After the successful year we’ve had, we look forward to closing the regular season on a high note against West Texas A&M this weekend,” head coach Robin Morris-Walters said “It is bittersweet for our six seniors that will be graduating and riding their last meet on campus, but we know they will help set the tone on Saturday. These seniors have made a major impact on our program and have been instrumental in the team’s success.”

NM State last competed on March 6-7 against Georgia and Auburn, dropping both competitions.

This will be the last competition for the Aggies before the 2014 National Varsity Equestrian Championship, April 18-20, in Waco, Texas.
