New Conference for UTEP and NMSU. The Southwestern Conference. Other schools, Houston,SMU, North Texas, Tulsa, Arkansas State, Louisiana, Louisiana Tech. Great Group.
A lot less travel and increased attendance.

I am a louisiana 74m grad. heck going to North Carolins and South Florida. Several are going to the Big East. none of them ever won the NCAA like Western Texas.
