More high school athletes signed to college today including Irvin's Xavier Baker and Byelka Soto. Baker will sign with UTEP Track and Field for High Jump after being a four year Regional qualifier. Soto won a State Championship in wrestling which got her a full-ride scholarship to Wayland Baptist in Plainview, Texas.

Laura Barron of the Eastwood Troopers will head up Interstate 10 and play golf at New Mexico State. She made it official when she signed her scholarship on Thursday.
