The Mexico National Soccer Team tied Venezuela, 2-2 at Estadio Olimpico Benito Juarez.  A packed house filled the stadium to chants of 'Viva Mexico', but Juan Aranga almost spoiled the party with two goals.  Javier "El Chicharito" Hernandez, away from his pro club, Manchester United, scored in the first half for El Tri, then in the 61st minute, Giovanni Dos Santos scored the equalizer for the 2-2 result.

The U.S. and Colombia played to a 0-0 draw in Pennsylvannia, while the Texas Rangers defeated the Tampa Bay Rays, 5-1, to advance to their first ever ALCS.  Texas will host the New York Yankees on Friday.
