Late Last Night, Diablos Win by Grand Slam!

Wednesday night, El Paso C Alberto Espinosa hit a game-winning grand slam in the bottom of the eleventh inning to give the Diablos an 11-7 win over the Grand Prairie AirHogs. Espinosa went 3-for-6 at the plate in the game with five RBIs. Diablos 1B Javier Brito had a home run and three RBIs, and RF Nelson Teilon went 3-for-5 with an RBI and four runs scored in the game. Grand Prairie rallied earlier in the game from three runs down with a three-run eighth inning to send it into extra innings. Diablos reliever Ray Silva was credited with the win and pitched a scoreless 3.1 innings. For Grand Prairie, RF Tyler Henry had two RBIs in the loss.
