Tuesday, June 15:  We will have a winner take all, Game 7 for the NBA World Championship.  Kobe Bryant scord 26 points, Pau Gasol nearly added a triple double with 17 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists, as the Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics, 89-67.  Ray Allen led the Celtics with 19 points, but Boston was hurt by the injury to center Kendrick Perkins.  Perkins went down in the 1st quarter after just seven minutes on the floor.  Perkins tweaked his knee, and his status for game 7 is questionable.  Boston Head Coach Doc Rivers, "Perkins being out really opened up the middle for the Lakers, and allowed them to rest Andrew Bynum much more."  The Los Angeles Lakers now have an opportunity to win the NBA Championship on their home floor.
