Jones Sends Message to Cowboys

In a team meeting on Monday, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones had a stern message for his players, basically, we've got all the peices to be a great team, so start winning. But that seems easier said than done has the Cowboys have notched just one win to four losses heading into their Monday night match up with division foe New York Giants.

To Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware, Jones' message meant one thing -- put up, or shut up.

"The way that we are playing is sort of selfish, undisciplined. So we have to find a way to stop being our own achilles heel and win some games," said Ware.

If the Cowboys still have playoff hopes, they need to take care of their division and can get right in the thick of it with a win over New York to even their division record at 1-1.
