Oñate Head Football Coach Kelly McKee has resigned his post as Head Football Coach of the Black Knights, effective immediately.  Oñate officials told Newschannel 9 that McKee asked for a transfer to a different school, but they hope McKee stays at the school in some fashion.  McKee led the Black Knights to their only State Championship in 2002.  This season, the Knights were 2-8 overall.
