Tony Harper has been coaching basketball for almost four decades, so it's time his accomplishments have been recognized. The UIL did just than, naming Harper its Coach Of The Year.

Harper led the Montwood Rams to a 22-9 record this season, and a berth in the Bi-District playoffs. Harper has a career record of 880-385, with six regional tournament appearances during his time at Montwood, Burges and El Paso High.
