UPDATED: Friday, June 10, 2011 - 11:04pm

Grand Prairie scored 4 runs in the second inning then added 7 more in the 4th to build a lead that would turn into an embarassment for the Diablos.  The Air Hogs went on to pound out 19 hits and beat the Diablos 18 to 2.

Grand Prairie LF David Thomas, RF Tyler Henley and SS Jake Taylor combined for eleven RBIs as the AirHogs powered their way to an 16 run win against the El Paso Diablos. Thomas went 1-for-5 from the plate with four RBIs and two runs scored. Henley had two hits in five at-bats with a double, four RBIs and three runs scored. Taylor belted a two-run homer in the top of the fifth and finished the game 4-for-6 from the plate with three RBIs and two runs scored. Provided with tremendous run support, Grand Prairie starting pitcher Jason Jennings struck out eight hitters and allowed nine hits and two earned runs in seven innings of work, earning the win. For the Diablos, SS Albenis Machado doubled, batted in a run and scored a run in a losing effort.
