The Knicks were desperate for a win in Madison Square Garden in Game 3 against the Boston Celtics but 38 points from Paul Peirce, 32 from Ray Allen, and Celtics playoff record 20 assists from Rajon Rondo equaled a 113-96 win and a 3-0 series lead for Boston.

Jamal Crawford hit a three-pointer with 5.4 seconds remaining to give Atlanta a 88-84 win over Orlando. The Hawk's ZaZa Pachulia and Magic's Jason Richardson were ejected after an altercation late in the fourth quarter. Both players have been suspended for Game 4. Atlanta holds a 2-1 series lead.

The Lakers blew out New Orleans 100-86 behind Kobe Bryant's 30 points. Chris Paul had 22 points and 8 assists in the loss. Los Angeles has won two straight over the Hornets after losing Game 1 in L.A.
