EL PASO, TEXAS – UTEP center Eloy Atkinson, wide receiver Michael Edwards, cornerback Drew Thomas and cornerback Darren Woodard have signed undrafted free agent contracts with NFL teams.

Atkinson has signed with the Tennessee Titans, and Edwards has signed with the Cleveland Browns. Thomas and Woodard both signed with the St. Louis Rams.

The 6-3, 315-pound Atkinson made 29 starts in the UTEP offensive line, including every game the last two seasons. Edwards compiled 101 receptions for 1,477 yards and 11 touchdowns in two seasons after transferring from Mt. San Antonio College. Thomas and Woodard started every game in the secondary this season. Thomas ended the campaign with 81 tackles, seven pass break-ups and an interception, while Woodard tallied 44 stops, six deflections and two picks.
